WHO CAN PLAY?  All interested players in Mineral and Sanders Counties, Montana, ages 4-14.

 

WHAT IS FALL SOCCER?  The Clark Fork Soccer Alliance (CFSA) fall soccer program is for players 4-14 years old and the focus is on player development of individual and technical skill with a primary focus on learning the game of soccer while developing technical skills.  For age groups over 11-12 years old, we begin to shift focus to a more tactical learning of the game and increased level of competition. However, all teams are open to any player interested in learning the game!

WHEN?  Players 12 and over will usually start practicing in mid August and play into mid October.  Younger players usually begin practices in early September and also finish in mid October.

PRACTICES? Practices are in Plains, Thompson falls, Hot Springs, Trout Creek, and Noxon, depending on age group.  Most towns have younger age teams.  Older teams may only be available in Plains, depending on the number of players that register.  You can expect 2-3 practices per week, usually scheduled in the afternoon.

GAMES? Games are primarily played in Plains and Thompson Falls. Most game days are on Saturday mornings,  while older teams may play some evening games.
