RBMT Shirts

Order Form

Pre-ordered shirts are $20 each and will include our original design on the front of the shirt plus all of the player and coach names from every U8-U14 team (Plains, Thompson Falls, Hot Springs, Trout Creek, and Noxon) participating in the 2024 Randy Baker Memorial Tournament. Rather than pre-order using this form, you have the option to purchase shirts the day of the tournament, but the shirts will only have the front design (no names) printed and will be $15 each.

Some key information for you:

Pre-ordered shirts are $20 each. This form allows you to order up to 4 shirts. If you would like to order more than 4 shirts, fill and submit this form for the first 4 shirts, and then fill and submit the form again for any additional shirts you'd like to order.
Shirts must be picked up during the soccer tournament and between 9am and 4pm on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at the Amundson Sports Complex in Plains, Montana. Shirts will be available at the concessions building.
Following the submission of this form, you will receive instructions for how to pay depending on your choice (cash, check, or venmo, along with the balance owed, via email/text (depending on your preference). Allow up to 24 hours to receive your email/text. The email/text will come from Jessica Tickner, a Wildlhorse Youth Soccer board member and fundraising coordinator.
